Customer-oriented, Leading the Industry as Pioneer with Innovative Spirits

----------Qingdao Hicorp Group  Held 2018 Annual Workers’ Congress and Award Presentation Ceremony 

Qingdao Hicorp Group held 2018 Annual Workers’ Congress ad Award Presentation Ceremony at employees’ canteen  at 9am on 31st Jan, 2019. There were about 201 people attended this meeting, and it was presided by Group General Manager Sun Xu.

The Group Vice-president Zhao Chuanfu read “Decisions on Awarding 2018 Annual Advanced Individuals and Advanced Collectives”, Zheng Shaoping and total 16 people were awarded as “Hicorp Model”, Li Jianxia and total 115 people were awarded as “Advanced Individuals”, “Improve Daily –Roving Ring Teams” and other 10 teams were awarded as “Outstanding Teams”, Sales Department of Textile Machinery Company and Group General Office were awarded as “Excellent Departments”, Welding Workshop and Mould Workshop of Heavy Industry Company and Workshop Two of Auto Parts Company were awarded as “Lean Management & Advanced Workshop”.

In the melody of the music, the Group leaders issued the trophies and certificates to excellent teams, lean management and advanced workshop, excellent departments as well as advanced collectives. The Group Model  representative Zhang Huanghai and excellent team representative Shao Xingwei and management representative Ren Yili gave speeches in turns.
At the meeting, our President Guan Yangchun made an important speech, summarized the business operation of all branch companies in the year of 2018, confirmed the excellent companies such as Textile Machinery Company, Heavy Industry Science and Technology Company, Puyang Shoes Company, and also put forward greater demands to them in the year of 2019.

In his speech, the President started from his reflection on the cultural construction, focusing on the reflection and perception of our core values. The President stressed that the core values should be the source and inexhaustible driving force of centennial Hicorp , should be engraved in the minds of Hicorp people, integrated into the blood of the Hicorp people, guided us to march forward to achieve the centennial development goals. To create centennial Hicorp is not the concept of time, but it is our dignity that also how to build a strong and time-honored company, as well as our sense of pride and happiness. At the meeting, the President put forward the core values of “Customer-oriented, leading the industry as pioneer with innovative spirits”.

Regarding our development in the future ,the President emphasized the important work in the year of 2019 at the meeting: Firstly, to sort, summarize, convey and practice the core values; Secondly ,to push the reform of cadre and personnel management; Thirdly, to promote the reform of distribution mechanism and clarify the distribution-employees first, stock holder second, to attract more excellent talents to join us ; Fourthly, to further promote the management concepts of “paying more attention to profits rather than assets” , to sell the inefficient assets, and to push the joint-stock reform and key projects realization as per the development demands.

The President requested all cadres and staff to learn from advanced individuals and collectives,, in order to achieve the centennial mission , the happiness and dignity of all Hicorp people, with innovative values and management concept of hard working, with the ambition of pioneering and concerted efforts to realized our goals in the new year, to work with unremitting efforts to build a pride and centuries-old Hicorp.

The Vice-general Manager and Chairman of Labor Union, Mr. Yin Yuwu read out the “ Relief Fund for Serious Diseases in the year of 2018 and Brief Plan for the Work of Labor Union in the year of 2019”. 

Finally, We reviewed and passed the “Labor Union Work Report” and “Regulations on Labor and Personnel Management” at the meeting.
