“HCP 2025 Intelligent Combination Roving Frame”   Reached International Leading Level

Entrusted by China Textile Industry Federation, China Textile Machinery Association organized a scientific and technological achievement appraisal meeting of “HCP2025 Intelligent Combination Roving Frame from August 12 to 13, which was jointly developed by Hicorp Textile Machinery Company and Xuzhou Texhong Textile Company.
                                                               
The appraisal committee is included 7 experts, such as Zhu Beina, President of China Cotton Textile Industry Association, and Gao Weidong, Professor of Jiangnan University, reviewed the appraisal documents, conducted on-site inspection of the project. The project team consisted of technical personnel and led by our General Manager Mr.Sun Xu and Mr.Chao Chunfu delivered work report, research report, social economic benefit analysis report, user report, site investigation report, and on-site question answering , and made the final appraisal conclusions. The appraisal committee unanimously agreed that the overall technology had reached the international leading level with significant independent innovation, and agreed to pass the appraisal of the results.
                                                                
The General Manager Mr.Sun Xu delivered a speech at the appraisal meeting. Mr.Sun introduced our development history, as well as the core values and operation principles, mainly explained our R & D investments and achievements. He also expressed that we would enhance our investment on R&D, and make more contributions to the development of the industry.

The General Manger Mr.Zhao Chuanfu delivered a thank-you speech, he expressed our gratitude to the leaders and experts of the Association for their concern and support , and deeply thanked the customers from all walks of life for their trust and support. Hicorp will be more confident and determined to develop products beyond the imagination of customers to reward customers.

Mr. Wang Chengji, Vice General Manager of Textile Machinery Company, and Mr. Cui Guihua, Manager of Technology Department, made a technical report. They explain the project of “HCP2025 Intelligent Combination Roving Frame” in details from four aspects : background and significance, solutions, innovation point, and implementation and application of the project.

The main innovation points as follows:
(1) Invent the two-way transmission system in the power center of the roving frame, various kinds of roving can spin independently at the left and right sides, to increase the roving to 480 spindles. It can not only meet the requirements of spinning frame, but also meet the market demand of large-scale, small quantity and multi-variety.

(2)Adopt fully servo-driven to realize electronic drafting. By roving mathematical models of roving tension and motor torque, optimize the design of spinning acceleration and deceleration multi-stage curve, realize the forming of constant tension spinning and expected roving, and improve the spinning quality .

(3) Establishing data model of remote operation and maintenance platform, realizing remote fault diagnosis, remote program download and modification, remote operation status monitoring, operation data transmission and other functions, and improving the overall intelligent level of equipment.

With independent intellectual property right, this project has been authorized to 3 invention patents, 14 utility patents, 3 software copyrights, in addition to the application for 3 international invention patents, 1 PCT patent. The product has been operated by many customers with stable, reliable and adaptable system, and has reached well economic benefits.
                                                                
Accompanied by Mr.Sun and Mr.Zhao, all the participated experts watched the production process of HCP2025, listened to the introduction of its application.

The appraisal has fully played the role of third-party scientific and technological innovation evaluation, and built a higher development platform for the rapid development of Hicorp.
