Hicorp Held Scholarship Donation Conference with Qingdao University of Technology

The Party Secretary Dong Diantong, Vice-secretary Qu Liangbo, and the Vice-president Zhao Jingbo from School of Information and Control Engineering of Qingdao University of Technology visited our company for school-enterprise cooperation discussion in the morning of 21st Nov, 2019. The Vice-general Manager Yin Yuwu , the sending cadre and Vice-director Liu Zhijun, and the Administrative Office Director Chai Li attended the meeting.
                                                           
At the meeting, the Vice-general Manger Yin warmly welcomed the arrival of the Secretary Dong and his party, introduced our development history, operation situation, product category, talent distribution, and school-enterprise cooperation. He pointed out that Qingdao Hicorp Group is always adhering to the talent concept of focusing on customers, leading the industry by innovation, with many international advanced technologies. He hoped to take this opportunity to push the cooperation between school and enterprise, support all students, and build a platform for fostering more high-level talents.

At the meeting, the Secretary Dong expressed that we could exploration and cooperation on talent fostering and education innovation , to realize the integration of education and technology.

During the discussion, the two parties reached a consensus on accelerating talent fostering: Firstly, to clarify the cooperation mode between the school and the enterprise; Secondly, to focus on the long term, turn the curriculum development and application practice into the driving force to promote talent cultivation in the school; thirdly, to have a holistic and overall view, promote the cooperation between the school and the enterprise, and seek new achievements and contributions.

While enhancing communication between schools and enterprises, the meeting further clarified the direction and connotation of cooperation, laying a good foundation for jointly fostering high-level applied talents and promoting common development of both sides. The school and enterprise cooperation will be an important way for the Hicorp to increase R & D investment and enhance technical reserves, and also an important support for the company's innovation drive.
