          Qingdao Hicorp Group Held the Summary & Commendation Meeting in 2019

Qingdao Hicorp Group held the 2019 summary and commendation meeting at the Multi-functional Hall at 9:00 am on January 20,2020. The meeting was hosted by our General Manager Sun Xu. More than 300 representatives from all branch companies and functional departments attended the meeting.
    
At the meeting, the Vice-general Manager Zhao Chuanfu read out "Decisions on Commending the advanced individuals and collectives in 2019".Top managements awarded honorary certificates and medals to the advanced individuals and collectives such as the Hicorp Models, Excellent Teams, Lean Management Advanced Workshops and Excellent Departments.
    
Afterwards, the Hicorp Model Chen Litang, Excellent Team leader Wang Wei, Group Cardre Pang Chen delivered speeches seperately, they recalled to firmly keep in mind our "Aspiration and Mission", make efforts to realize our dreams.
    
The Vice-general Manager and Labor Union Chairman Yin Yuwu read out "Assisting the Treatment of Serious Illness in 2019".By helping the families of the sick employees, their economic burden and life pressure were relieved , so that they feel the warmth and support .
    
Finally, our President Guan Yangchuan made an impportant speech. We made the greatest development in the year of 2019, and issued the "2019 Top List",commended the companies of Textile Machinery Company, Heavy Industry Company and Auto Parts Company attained excellent achievements . At same time, he also put forward higher requirements for the develpment of all the companies in 2020. The foundation of our development were learning and innovation, which required us to become a learning and innovative enterprise, learn to use the way of reflection, self analysis, and customer-centered.
