Qingdao Hicorp Group Co., Ltd. changed its name to Qingdao Hicorp Group Co., LLC
On September 6, 2021, in order to adapt more quickly to the needs of the market and corporate strategic development, Qingdao Hicorp Group Co., Ltd. officially changed its name to Qingdao Hicorp Group Co., LLC after being approved and registered by the Qingdao Administrative Approval Service Bureau.
After the company's name change, all external businesses, including various types of contracts and cooperation agreements signed, will continue to be performed. The business entities and legal relationships remain unchanged, and the original business relationships and service commitments remain unchanged.
On April 28, 1966, the predecessor of Qingdao Hicorp Group Co., LLC - Jiaonan County Agricultural Tools Factory was established; in March 1974, it was renamed as Jiaonan Light Industry Machinery Factory; in June 1994, the company was restructured into a joint-stock enterprise - Qingdao Global Machinery Co., Ltd.; Qingdao Hicorp Group Co., Ltd. was established in June 2002, and it has become a modern enterprise group integrating intelligent warehousing and logistics equipment, textile machinery, heavy industry equipment, auto parts, and medical biological liquid nitrogen tanks.
