Qingdao Hicorp Group’s Two Scientific and Technological Achievements won Shandong Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award
Recently, Shandong Machinery Industry Science and Technology Association released the "2022 Shandong Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award Project List", Qingdao Hicorp Group's two scientific and technological achievements made on the list.
The HCP2025 intelligent roving frame of Hicorp CMT, the wholly-owned subsidiary of Hicorp Group, won the first prize; and the tunnel segment flexible automatic production line of Hicorp Heavy Industry, another wholly-owned subsidiary of Hicorp Group, won the second prize.
HCP2025 intelligent roving frame
With promising market demand, HCP2025 intelligent roving frame is the company’s new profit growth point. It will also booster the upgrade of the coarse roving frame in China, and provide a needed solution for the user to refine the spinning process, conduct industrial transformation and upgrading, make full use of land resources, and save energy and reduce consumption.Its spinning power is placed in the middle of the machine, with both sides spinning separately. Thus a single group of power is suitable for spinning the same variety of yarn, two groups of power can spin two different varieties of yarn. Number of spindles on one frame can reach up to 480. It can also adapt to spinning machine with any number of spindles , forming a combination of roving and spinning frame system, with intelligent transmission and automatic spinning.
Tunnel segment flexible automatic carousel
Tunnel segment flexible automatic carousel has a high degree of automation, high production efficiency, and high cost performance, which make it an indispensable equipment for domestic segment production factories to achieve automation, network management and other transformation and upgrading. Its segment production process ensures circulation production, realizes the whole process control in the segment production from segment release, mould cleaning, applying release agent, installation of reinforcement, placing embedded parts, inspection, to concrete pouring and vibration, surface finish, static curing and steam curing. The adoption of automatic surface finishing robots, automatic oil spraying device, automatic plug and pull pipe device, automatic opening and closing mold device, and production management system, greatly improves automation level of the carousel.
